We’ll do a 90-minute kickoff meeting to discuss your current marketing efforts, products and customers.

e-COMMERCE Entrepreneurs USING SHOPIFY
My e-commerce expertise is in Shopify, so I work best with entrepreneurs and businesses using Shopify as their e-commerce platform. That isn't to say I can't work with someone using WooCommerce or Marketo, it's just that some of the tactics I'll recommend will require a bit more heavy lifting on your part.
whAT'S THE MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
Marketing is a process, not an event. In order for any marketing plan to be effective, we need time to grow, measure and tweak. For campaign management, I require a minimum 6-month commitment. That's two quarters of focused tactics and growth to get you going!
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GET STARTED?

Retail sales are all about seasonality, and marketing is all about preparation. It takes months to plan for strong promotions at the time when you most need it. If you're selling beach towels and swim totes, we need to start planning in November.
ARE YOU GOING TO RECOMMEND TACTICS THAT COST MONEY?
Yes. I'm a big fan of Facebook ads and other paid forms of marketing. I will recommend that you use them. If you're not ready to hire a coach and spend money on your marketing efforts, simply hiring me to coach you to do free things probably won't be enough to move the sales needle for you.
how much of a marketing budget should i have?
You can do a lot on a teeny tiny marketing budget! But let's say at least $200/month to put into ads if you can.
